  Payless Cleaners lives up to their name, and do a fantastic job at less than most of their competitors. A good bit less! When you have to watch your spending, that helps. The buffet is good, above-average for a restaurant of its type. The plaza owners have upgraded their property recently, giving it a neater look, with plenty of handicapped parking around the plaza.

  I woukd say this is the best plaza in South Philly. Its awesome and clean. You can go food shopping clothes shopping and much more. I suggest going to this plaza
