  Pharmacist was reluctant to check my insurance to see how much an ointment would cost to purchase - there was no line, but he said it'd take too long. His time is apparently worth too much. Hardly working.

  I don't know if everyone experiences this but it irks the hell out of me that when you prescript. runs out you have to contact them, wait for the doctor to approve it (which takes at least a day or two), and then they'll contact you. I remember i came up here trying to refill my hormones NOT KNOWING I HAD TO GO THROUGH THAT PROCESS only to be told that it wasn't ready or approved by the doctor! Additionally, i've had a similar experience at one point when i thought i could come here after an appointment at the Mazzoni Center because i needed a refill. Again, had to have the pharmacy ask the doctor to approve, then come back up here a few days later just to get it. Again, waste of time, waste of subway fare. What a complete waste of time and the fare it took to come up here. Also, if you call here, make sure you ask whoever you speak to if you've reached the Mazzoni Center Walgreens. I've called up here quite a few times thinking i was talking to the Mazzoni Walgreens only to find out a minute later i was talking to a pharmacist at a nearby location. GGRRRRRRRR!
