  Visited the Verizon store today ,to the inquire about my options for wireless service. I was helped by Ricky McCall, he is an excellent store manager and representative. I appreciate his customer service.

  DON'T GO HERE. Worst experience with customer service I have ever had. Left with a unusable device after an hour and a half of dealing with incompetence and unsupportive staff. Went to the walnut store downtown and they were able to get done in 5 min what this store couldn't do in an hour and a half and now they are trying to charge me $60 for returning my unusable device that they couldn't figure out how to activate. Buyers beware.
