  The worst customer service I've ever experienced. With an empty store wait time is well over 20 minutes, why? 2 employees chatting in the corner, one is outside talking on the phone and the very last one helping some folks at the desk. Signed in? About 10 minutes, why? Yeah, they still chatting. Have I got helped? No. Was returning equipment and they've decided to do an activation on brand new device. That would accumulate activation fee and then a restocking fee. So I had to ask multiple time not to do it in order to retrieve it back. In all years, of dealing with customer service, especially being a corporate store, this was the most terrible. Careless, forced to work there associates is the ugliest representation of the company. Further more. If they would be my first impression of a company, I would choose another of many options. If you are with an at&t, avoid this store, drive an extra mile, but same your time and nerves, they just don't care about you or anyone else.
