  If there was an option I would give no star to the service of the store. I have been their thrice ,was unhappy with the customer service .Every time I go there to print my stuff there would be some problem with the machine I was charged 42 dollars for printing 5 sheets when asked about it not even one sales manager would respond on it .They looked at me as if I was dead . Especially the African American salesman man is very rude every time I ask him for help he doesn't even bother to help me and rudely answers me to approach other sales manager, I wonder why he was hired I find him no use for this store .I feel pity for the hiring manager of this store.
