  very rude customer service. i was there just to transfer service from an old phone to my new 1 (which i had already received in the mail). as soon as the rep realized that he couldn't sell me on purchasing a new tablet or anything other than a case, he became unfriendly & rude. he was being so pushy that i had to flat out say "I'm not purchasing ANYTHING else today, so please just stop." it was the worst experience i've ever had at a sprint store.
