  Don’t buy appliances here! They take your money, but don’t actually deliver the appliances! I’ve been on the phone so many times trying to get them. I was willing to arrange to be home at any time they were willing to get here. Weeks have gone by. I keep getting deadlines: you will be getting a phone call tomorrow. Never got a call. When I finally canceled the order, they said they ARE NOT responsible for their contracted delivery people. Now for the nightmare of trying to get my money back.

  Replaces missing items quickly. Good customer service. Waited just little longer than usual to return items but no big issue. That s why they did not get 5 stars
