  If you are going to shop at this location, please make sure you grab, your own measuring tape, and double check after they gave it to you. I purchases a hose in there, employee that sold at to me said it was 10ft and even wrote it on the hose, at home I realized it hardly 7 ft. I went back to return it, but they told me it not 10 ft and cut, so they cannot accept it. This is, a very dishonest way of doing business.

  In general I love Lowe’s but this one is just horrible . Went to look for a door with the frame and found a door that was totally trashed ( bunch of holes beyond repair ) but it had a good frame which is actually the thing I needed as I had doors at home that I could use. So I asked for a discount and the guy told me 20 bucks off to which door by itself cost about 40 and this one is not usable so I figured I at least should get 40 off ( price of the door ) as it was trashed . The guy at customer service said to me “ I’ll throw it in the fresh for that price before I sell it to you “ I’m not a genius but that’s not how you talk to costumer even if you don’t want to sell the item for lower price .
