  I was looking around today to find a place that could clean my basic training graduation ring. I saw the reviews of this place so I decided to give it a shot. I knew it was going to be a great experience as I walked through the door. You can tell when you walk into an American owned and operated small business. The gentleman took care in explaining what could happen when trying to clean it. He did the best he could without ruining the finish, my ring looks ten times better, which was my objective. He handed me my ring, and shook my hand. I then said "what do I owe you", he responded "nothing, don't worry about it." What a shock! I didn't believe people let alone business owners did this kind gesture anymore. Needless to say, I've been a long time customer of chain jewelers. This changed today, this will be the place I go to for all of my jewelry needs. I am happy to support a small business in my area, I will recommend this jeweler to everyone I know. Thank you for your kind heart, you've just gained a customer.
