  They were very polite, clean and aware of their surroundings. Tarps were used and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with the work and care they took with my home and belongings.

  i just called to inquire if Hearth and Stove had installed any gas fireplaces in my building (my condo is just a few blocks from the store). i was told rather unpleasantly that "H&S doesn't track installations by address. do i know of anyone in my building who might have had H&S install a gas unit?" dear, if i knew that, i would have spoken with them, not called you. someone just lost a potential customer.
