  I have never been so disappointed in the quality of service at a GameStop before. Ever. If you ever need anything from a GameStop: go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I understand when a nusiness gets busu, but this was a debacle created by inept GameStop employees. With two staff members behind the counter I stood second in line for 15 minutes while they discussed the merits of games being traded in by one customer, while another (who had been standing at the counter even longer, being told he'd be helped right away) waited for them to retrieve a game he was picking up. I was prepared to purchase 2 new games and a few accessories, but after the line only grew behind me, and no progress being made at the counter I left. I will literally buy my games anywhere else. Don't waste your time or money here.
