  I was not satisfied with there service. I have been searching for one particular style of bed for a couple of months and comparing quality and prices. They had what I was looking for but the price was atleast $100 more than other places. I asked the rep if he could work on the price like they advertise and he told me, "thank you for coming in have a good day", what kind of customer service is this? He didnt take out the effort to negotiate with me a price where I felt comfortable. I was not being rude or unreasonable with the pricing. It's ashame that they have what I want and don't have the proper staff to help their potential customer properly. I am still in the market, and I am still willing to do business if they treat me with more respect and fairly.
