  Best Jeweler in the Diamond District!! I brought a loose diamond from the family to Frank Salese and asked him to design a custom halo engagement ring around it and he did an incredible job!! My experience was beyond perfect! Massey is the sales associate, but also the Gemologist, so I actually got to talk to the person who literally made/designed my ring himself. He educated me on what my loose diamond was worth, let me look at it through a microscope, gave his professional opinion on how he would design a halo to go around it that would match the color, quality, and enhance the center stone by not making it look gaudy, and also most importantly he LISTENED to me and considered what I wanted. He was totally not pushy. Very professional. He gave me the BEST PRICE out of other jewelers I looked at. The ring was perfect! My now fiance loved it along with all of her family and co-workers! My brother and I have both bought our engagement rings from him. My entire family loves him. I live about 1 hour from Philly and specifically drive into the city to see HIM ("Massey"). I wouldn't even think about going to any other jeweler.
