  I was in a hurry and had a large list of items to purchase from multiple departments. Must have been my lucky day because a pleasant young lady named Kate not only approached me with a smile but also introduced herself and immediately asked how she could help. In a joking manor I showed Kate my long list and said "I dont even know what isle to begin in". Kate took the list and without hesitation started to jot the isle number next to each item. Kate's level of customer service and personal initiative is 2nd to none. Kate has earned this CVS a customer for life. I left on time with everything......100% satisfied!

  I went to this cvs while visiting philly. I was helped by a young lady named Crystale. To say I got great service is an understatement. My experience with this young lady as an employee was remarkable. She knew all sales and save me 4 bucks. If all cvs had this level service their stock prove would shoot through the roof.
