- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 07, 2020, by shana bundrageI've been using Rite Aid pharmacy for years. My insurance switched over to CVS and tonight was my first experience picking up my prescription. I made all necessary steps for pickup using app. They had everything. The woman pharmacy tech with dreadlocks has the poorest customer service I've seen in a long time. She needs a re-education on how to greet and deal with customers from behind counter. My first experience was bad!!! I plan on switching to another pharmacy.
